Our office really is a family.  Started in 1985 by Dr. Constance C. Huff.  She now is proud to add to the practice her son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Austin and Dr. Emily Huff.

Dr. Austin Huff was born and raised in Harrodsburg, KY and was a graduate of Mercer Country Senior High School. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry at Western Kentucky University and completed his DMD at University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Dr. Austin spent his first year out of dental school in residency at University of Cincinnati’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. He then joined the National Health Service Corps and spent the next two years working for the Cincinnati Health Department. Following his service commitment, he was able to move back home to Harrodsburg in November 2021, and he and his wife both started working with his mother, Dr. Constance Huff, at Mercer Dental Care. Dr. Austin is a member of the ADA, Kentucky Dental Association, and the Blue Grass Dental Society. In his spare time, Dr. Austin enjoys cooking, baking, watching sports (especially the C-A-T-S, CATS, CATS, CATS!), traveling, trying new restaurants (Dr. Austin is a self proclaimed “foodie”), and playing with his dog, Finley. He could not be happier to be back home in Harrodsburg fulfilling his lifelong dream of providing more access to dental care in his hometown.

Emily D. Huff, DMD

Dr. Emily Huff is from Corbin, KY. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Morehead State University and completed her DMD at University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, where she also met Dr. Austin Huff. Drs. Emily and Austin were in the same class and started dating their second year of dental school. Following graduation, they married at Southland Christian Church in Lexington, KY and spent the next few years living and working in the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area for federally qualified health centers. Dr. Emily is a member of the National Health Service Corps, Kentucky Dental Association, ADA, and the Blue Grass Dental Society. In Dr. Emily’s spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, baking, hiking, traveling, listening to music, cheering on the CATS, spending time with friends and family, and spoiling her Boston terrier named Finley. She loves being in a small town again and living closer to family.
